Things Pete Kalamaris Still Wants to Do

Pete Kalamaris may be 54, but his life resembles that of a much younger man. He’s currently an undergrad student at UCLA, studying medicine after a 22-year-long career as an IT professional.

Who Is Pete Kalamaris?

Pete Kalamaris was born in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Loyola University of Chicago, where he studied biology, physics, anatomy, accounting, finance, operations, and theology. He was in the University’s Honor Program.

He is currently a student at the University of California Los Angeles, where he hopes to soon qualify to apply to medical school. He aspires to become a physician in orthopedics – a career path that deviates from his last 22 years of professional experience.

After realizing he hasn’t been happy or fulfilled as an Information Technology professional, Mr. Kalamaris is setting his sights on the medical field. He feels strongly that his path in life is to serve and help others by helping God heal people spiritually and physically.

Pete Kalamaris hopes to help people through a career in medicine and through spreading the Word of God and Jesus Christ.
